Shipping Charges
Megan's Country Store only charges the actual shipping charges that UPS charges us. The actual shipping charges are based on the weight, size of the product and your zip code.
Free Shipping Conditions:
Currently we are offering free shipping on all orders that meet all of the following criteria, must be a standard product, merchandise total needs to exceed $99.00 (custom orders do not qualify for free shipping custom unit prices are quoted without shipping unless noted in the quote), orders must be placed on line, free shipping applies only to UPS ground, the package must not exceed 70 pounds or be considered oversize according to UPS guidelines.
International Shipping
The prices provided on international shipping are based on United States Postal Service. These prices are only an estimate as each country has different pricing and guidelines regarding package sizes and weights and these prices change often. If the shipping charges for your international order are above the estimated price we will contact you with the actual shipping price for your approval.
We check or emails regularly even in off hours so if you have a question send us an email and we will get back to you in most cases within a few hours.
Return Policy:
Full refund will be given less shipping and handling charges, on any item returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase. The exception to this is altered or damaged items and custom orders. Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping and any applicable handling charges.
An order confirmation will be automatically forwarded to the email address you provided.
NOTE: Your satisfaction is very important to us! We have provided dimensions, specifications and photos on all items to better help you with your purchasing decision.
Your purchase of any of our products on the web constitutes acceptance with this policy.
Again be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives, notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces and mark the invoice or inspection form accordingly. Be sure to have the driver sign this form along with your signature.

All of our wall mounted coat racks are made to order.
Coat racks are shipped in 3 to 5 business days if you need your wall coat rack faster please let us know and we will put a rush on it for you. You may also choose a custom length coat rack. Just call or email us with any special coat rack requests.
